Best Potential Moonshot Hands Down; TRUSTSWAP (SWAP) Full DeFi Suite, Simple P2P Trustless Escrow, and Great Tokenomics!
Trustswap https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/trustswap Okay guys I've spent the last two days learning about this token and I've come away very impressed. I think this token may be a serious contender for best performer this year. On the TrustSwap social platforms it feels like 2017. Here's some info about the company. TrustSwap is a DeFi project created by the founder and CEO of Uptrennd Jeff Kirdeikis. Most notably he has the largest cryptocurrency investing group on Facebook, and he is what Tom was to MySpace but for Uptrennd. He host The Bitcoin and Crypto Podcast which is actually very good, and he has a massive following on Twitteother social. Better yet, this guy is a marketing genius like a less annoying Justin Sun. He has a pipeline of good news lined up and knows when and how to release that information on the masses. Everything he does seems meticulously thought through. He continually affirms his commitment to get SWAP listed on high volume exchanges with MXC yesterday, Hotbit today, and Houbi/Bitmax tomorrow he is actually succeeding. He is also very responsive and has team moderators standing by in the social media channels to field questions/vanquish FUD. Here are the basics: TrustSwap is building a DeFi ecosystem that will start out as a simple P2P trustless escrow and payment platform and evolve into a fully decentralized exchange (DEX) with leverage and futures options all offered via non-custodial smart contracts. They will also offer multi-chain token wrapping as a service and on-chain governance using the native ERC-20 token SWAP. Imagine being able to wrap BTC, Monero, Digibyte, or any crypto and then trade it on uniswap, or have it interact with Ethereum compatible wallets, and applications. Through this, you can move funds cross-chain without ever having to sign up to a Centralized Exchange, allowing you to never have to KYC, staying fully anonymous across exchanges. Wrapping tokens also offers huge benefits to new blockchain projects that have their own chain, allowing them to save massively on listing fees, as well as instantly be connected to strong wallets and decentralized exchanges. This puts the ability to trust back in the investor's hands and might spark a new ICO boom as new projects eager to establish credibility rush to use it. So yes beautiful wrapping everything layer 3 solution my brothren. And highly incentivised holding economics, for example rewarding users from fees collected from the DeFi network! And staking; All fees paid to the platform will get split as follows: 80% goes back to holders as staking rewards 10% are burned forever (adding that value back to token holders) 10% goes to the dev fund which can be used as the community sees fit This project has massive potential and is already building a strong community foundation with big moves coming soon as more exchanges and markets come on board. The staking and deflationary tokenomics make this a long term HODL for me. Token Metrics: Total Supply: 100,000,000 SWAP Circulating Supply: 62,500,000 SWAP Market Cap: $3.6 million 60,000,000 SWAP Initial liquidity offering on uniswap about two and half days ago, price dropped at like $0.035. Volume bottomed out and rising again (same with holder count). 20,000,000 Team Supply 20,000,000 Marketing, development, legal, bounties, OTC investors, airdrops. SwapLogo https://hotbit.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360051689713 This is the first step into TrustSwap's emergence in the Asian markets. We are going to be kicking off major marketing campaigns with an Asian marketing firm within the coming week to follow up this listing. We also have a couple more Top-50 listings lined up for this week as well When we had a vote to see which exchange you wanted to see SWAP listed on, Huobi was the winner by a massive margin, so we will be opening up the conversation with Huobi to get SWAP listed on there also in the near future." DYOR!! Godspeed! I'll see you guys on the other side! To address FUD about OTC investors dumping, yes they are dumping, it's my belief most weak hands have exited the market, they got in at $0.005 per SWAP.
Typical Bitcoin forks have a couple of issues Frail security: Double spends On the off chance that the fork utilizes a similar evidence of work, or mining equipment, it's inconsequential for diggers from the bigger unique venture to assault it. Medium BitcoinHEX utilizes the very much tried ERC20 standard to keep away from any of these issues. Powerless advancement: Fewer engineers In principle, a bigger network of engineers will attempt more cool things and complete in excess of a littler network. BitcoinHEX by being an ERC20 token gets full favorable position of the biggest pool of designers in crypto (Ethereum engineers), and the entirety of the cool new innovations they make, for example, appropriated trades, nuclear swaps, and so forth Poor motivator arrangement: Free riders You and your cooperation difficult to make something new and cool, to have a whale wake up one day and glimmer crash the market on you. Why? Free loaders suck. BitcoinHEX "We're all Satoshi" include which gives every unclaimed coin to individuals that claimed at 2% per week more than 50 weeks implies that in under a year, just genuinely invested individuals will hold the token. Out of line dissemination Should the person that lives in china with free power and about free work accessible get most of all the recently stamped coins (expansion)? While expanding centralization, and not wanting to haggle with the journalists of the product they run (center designers.) BitcoinHEX is genuinely circulated to those that advance it through: the 5% referral hold it, through staking, or on the other hand help get the undertaking to minimum amount and appropriation (rewards for cases and guarantee size.) The rich getting more extravagant unreasonably Trades and assets reward themselves while offering nothing to the little folks whose Bitcoin they should be in guardianship of. Trades are something contrary to what Bitcoin was made for. Distributed money. Not companion to trade to peer money. They're large security openings that have l ost a large number of dollars of client reserves. Whales asserting BitcoinHEX are punished 50-75% on the grounds that who actually needs some mammoth trade or store guaranteeing an enormous part of your token to dump on you at their recreation? Punishment triggers from 1k-10k+ coins. Expansion for security Though Bitcoin has expanded its stockpile by 17 million coins over its reality by paying diggers to mine (square rewards.) BitcoinHEX needn't bother with expansion for security. Enough individuals are digging Ethereum for a wide range of reasons that we don't need to pay them BitcoinHEX to do as such. Disparagement of the first A few forks like to imagine they're the genuine article, and not only a duplicate. They do this by having a fundamentally the same as name, logo, and even purchase twitter handles and sites that used to advance the genuine article, to advance the duplicate. In reality a duplicate does best when it separates itself with better highlights, evaluating, or promoting. In the event that your plan of action incorporates claiming to be something you're not, it's a terrible plan of action. BitcoinHEX isn't Satoshi's vision, it's likewise not Bitcoin. It's Bitcoin forked into Ethereum. That has focal points ordinary Bitcoin forks don't. It is amusing to prod different forks when satoshisvision.com focuses to BitcoinHEX.com however Smiley They earned that prodding. Why BitcoinHEX is incredible Low expansion All the cool game hypothesis that quickens appropriation of the undertaking ends in under 1 year. At that point the main expansion in the undertaking originates from individuals that've removed coins from flow by staking. At the point when the main swelling you have is from remunerations to individuals that have trustlessly and safely bolted up their tokens for an extensive stretch of time, that is incredible for esteem. No paying excavators for security with square rewards Conveyance to those well on the way to have been in crypto the longest Simple for trades to coordinate because of recognition and trust of ERC20 standard. Works with appropriated trades no problem at all Works with nuclear swaps no problem at all Most devs in the crypto (Ethereum) Simple case apparatus, asserts all UTXOs in a location without a moment's delay Incredible advertising. Howdy Smiley Low charges. A bitcoinHEX exchange would just cost around 27 pennies or less on 5/24/2018 Scaling arrangements not too far off. Vitalik Buterin has been distributing take a shot at evidence of stake and sharding which could lessen waste and increment exchange limit incredibly. Incredible practice, particularly in the event that you've never encountered the biggest crypto environment and second biggest by marketcap. Advances free discourse. You can transmit your business and financial vitality that used to just exist in the Bitcoin language, in the Ethereum language. Broadens your scope of individuals you can exchange with, talk tokens to. Tokenomics Moment Referral Bonus Individuals you allude get came up with all required funds, and you get a 5% referral reward. Appropriation rewards to stakers (end on 50th week, since all cases will be finished) We're all Satoshi (week after week) Like clockwork a reward equivalent to 2% of unclaimed assets is dispersed to individuals that claimed. Reward topped at 100% of unclaimed tokens. For example, if Satoshi doesn't guarantee, individuals who willed get a reward equivalent to his coins after some time, however not more. Speed Bonus (paid to petitioner on guarantee) Claimable: Balance in addition to [math below] first week 10%< second week (10% x (.95 to the intensity of [week number]) SpeedBonuss Viral Bonus (week by week) The more individuals that guarantee, the bigger the rewards Complete reward upmod (Guarantee % of 1/3 all out conceivable case occasions)/10 Minimum amount Bonus (week by week) The bigger the cases the bigger the rewards. All out reward upmod (Guarantee % of all out potential coins)/10 A debt of gratitude is in order for the rewards Inception contract gets a similar reward you do. Selection rewards to stakers (end on 50th week, since all cases will be finished) Senseless whales Singular cases 1k to 10k+ btc punished 50 to 75% directly scaled before rewards. Goxmenot Gox trustee addresses can't guarantee Typical Staking (Not thought about a reward and doesn't end at 50 weeks) 1% per 10 days. Longer lockup= impetus multiplier Example Time reward: multi day lockup = 129.6% (on the grounds that 3.6 occasions 36%= 129.6%) Time divider As % of profit tokens is bolted up, decreases reward multiplier. In the event that half bolted up at start, at that point multiplier decreased half Early winged creatures get the worms. Guaranteeing A depiction of the Bitcoin UTXO will be taken at square tallness (to be reported after agreement is reviewed). The UTXO set will be smoothed for gas effectiveness, and the Merkle tree foundation of that set will be implanted in an ERC20 token agreement to permit Bitcoin holders to reclaim their tokens. P-REP Proposal; ICON, 20% exposure in top crypto event of 2020, reach 100+ universities/corporate partners (BETTER THAN SLICED BREAD), organized by MouseBelt.
Summary: Event site:https://www.ri2020.io/ Event date: May 18th, 2020 P-PREP Commitment Date: April 30th, 2020 Telegram:u/markusreisner We believe we have a strong proposition to market ICON in a meaningful way to some of the largest communities in crypto. The MouseBelt team has the largest global network of over 100+ universities in 20+ countries. Over the last few months, 10+ university blockchain events we were working with got canceled for obvious reasons. Due to that fact, and our understanding of our reach we decided to launch a virtual conference. Since April 10th here is what happened:
We have enrolled over 100+ partners and universities
With BlockTV’s distribution (we are taking over the site for 1+ months) and our post-conference strategy, this content will reach 5+ million views
Over 5000 people have registered between Eventbrite and Facebook (with 21 days to go, we expect 20,000 people registered)
We have invested $70,000 to professionally produce this 72-hour event with BlockTV
We believe we have surpassed Cointelegraph and Consensus in reach and production quality.
We believe this is the #1 conference in crypto currently.
MouseBelt will invest over $70k+ into this event. We would like to have fellow P-Reps invest $20k (this will go 100% to BlockTV production cost). The benefit to the ICON community will be:
Owning 20% of the conference “screen time” at a 50% discount
Increased exposure to over 100+ top universities working on blockchain
Partnership with Anheuser-Busch InBev, and Coca Cola for one of our hackathon events (or similar).
We are open to adding as many additional benefits as possible as we are a part of the ICON community
Background: MouseBelt is a popular blockchain ecosystem consisting of multiple parts:
Top 3 global blockchain accelerator, investing into early to mid-stage blockchain projects
MouseBelt as ICON developers: Our engineering team has implemented token assets on ZenSports (SPORTS), the first STO on the ICON network, and GrowYourBase, the #1 IRC2 application token in market capitalization on the ICON network. Currently, we are developing the Balanced network in concert with ICX_Station, PARROT9, and Iconosphere. Balanced will bring synthetic assets backed by ICX to the ICON network, as well as tokenized staked ICX. This can assist with both a stable asset for payments, and a base for other DeFi applications MouseBelt as a P-Rep: We have been a Main P-Rep most of the time since decentralization of the network and so far had utilized our funds for student education. Such as the “ICON in a box” workshops and the Milwaukee Blockchain Conference, which we sponsored in a direct ICX payment and the second annual payment for UCLA’s blockchain engineering course. REIMAGINE2020, Conference details: Conferences have always been an integral part of the blockchain space to promote projects in the industry. With recent evolutions around the globe, things have changed. They either got canceled or delayed. We have created REIMAGINE2020, a virtual conference. Shared by the ICON Foundation on April 18. We can effectively and efficiently promote ICON to the world through Reiamgine2020 | BlockTV. The driving force behind the conference is: highest quality of Content matched with the best production quality for Video. The funds will allow MouseBelt to promote ICON logo/branding throughout the conference/programming for straight 72 hr of live streaming. Additionally, we have the opportunity to properly place ICON logo/branding in highly favorable on-screen placements (tickers/commercials/plugs and continuous branding) reaching 5M viewers globally. ICX Station is providing a Keynote to drive global interest. Confirmed partners
Influencers we are reaching out to: Chamath Palihapitiya, Adam Back, Ray Dalio, Andreessen Horowitz, Michael Novogratz, Naval Ravikant, Balaji S. Srinivasan, Su Zhu, Charlie Lee, Nick Szabo, Riccardo Spagni, Fred Wilson, Max Keiser, Winklevoss, Air Paul, Michael Arrington, Peter Schiff, Paolo Adroino, Elizabeth Stark, Marc Andreessen, A. Pompliano, Patrick Byrne, Brock Pierce, CZ, Vitalik, Andreas M. Antonopoulos
3. As far as hard data for "attendees" we have two signals:
5000+ attendees on Facebook and Eventbrite, with 3 weeks to go (13X MORE than Virtual Blockchain Week!)
Attendee list includes a mix of media, university representatives, C-level executives, developers, and startup founders
The world, at the moment, is panic-stricken and justifiably so; regardless of which direction you choose to look, you will find a speck of trivia about coronavirus and COVID-19 waiting to grace you. As essential as it is to be aware of the dos and don'ts apropos to the virus and its repercussions, after a point, it can feel a tad bit excruciating to be stuck amidst the same loop of news throughout the day. Furthermore, with companies vacating their offices and marketplaces shutting down leaving everyone secluded at their homes, it is vital to keep yourself engaged in something that you like doing or are familiar with. This plan will be unavoidably showered with some ascendency when you fall back on this activity as a way of making money when expending all your time at home. In the following segment, we will be noting down home-based businesses you can do when coronavirus hits.
Dance instructor or fitness trainer
For most people these days, fitness comes first, and seemingly, there is no room for compromise as far as maintaining a healthy lifestyle and body is concerned. If you have always been drawn towards such extra-curricular activities then now it is your turn to give something back to society. If you start relating out your tips and experiences on an online dais, you will find a large fraction of the crowd automatically gravitating towards you without much labor from your side. To be on the safer spectrum of things and ratify that your channel will see the light of success under all circumstances, pick a specific genre; for instance, if you are intending to try your luck as a dance instructor, opt an exclusive category such as salsa, jazz, hip-hop and the like. Nonetheless, with fitness there is no such restriction; you can do anything you want from cardio to aerobics to free-weight exercises but, you should only into account that the sessions do not look repetitive, meaning, there should always be something new when a viewer lands on your page to keep him/her enthralled.
Become a crypto trader
Accept it or not, cryptocurrency trading is going to remove all its competitors and establish itself as the ultimate in finance only within a few years' time from now. According to reports, the value of cryptocurrencies has pitched in recent times with the worth of Bitcoin reaching over 18 thousand dollars each. You too can have a generous share of this denomination assigned to your name from any one of the crypto exchanges and made the transaction once the value increases. Bear in mind that with cryptocurrencies, no amount of research can guarantee success; therefore, before stepping into the realms of the unknown make certain that you are in a position to take the risk and steer away from the mishaps if any.
Become a podcaster
The biggest challenge of becoming a podcaster is embedded in the part where you will have to evaluate the subjects that your potential audience will readily consume and would want to see more of. If you have always had this drive of fashioning intriguing content but, were not confident whether or not text written content will bring you the attention you are aiming at then, podcasting will turn out to be your fundamental resort. Utilize this span of isolation to build immaculate trust with your audience through the podcasts and ultimately when this shadow of terror enfolding coronavirus lifts, you can efficaciously monetize your content with aid from sponsorships and offer. The rudiment of podcasting is rooted in the reliability of your viewers towards you and your channel and if this basic foundation tremors at any point, the whole arrangement will come crashing. Hence, prior to beginning something so important gauge the scenario sincerely and make sure you have an active group of the audience listening to you and the number is growing with each passing day.
The bottom line
Now that you have a fair idea about the businesses that you can smoothly run from your home while being quarantined, here’s an idea to make your task somewhat trouble-free. You must rely on a 3D logo maker and affordable branding to a) increase the credibility of your business, and b) make your mark amidst the wide pool of competition in the market. As opposed to the common belief which declares that for one to make money, he/must always take the tough road, we say, you should principally know how to make the most out of the time that is made available to you and meticulously polish your skills to comply with the prospects thrown your way.
A computerized exchanging robot is PC programming which investigations the market and at the fortunate time, may put an exchange, for example, a long or a short. This exchanging design is regularly called swing exchanging and benefits can be made through careful specialized examination, great planning, and a touch of karma. Since a ton of the exchanging procedure is effectively computerized it is conceivable that exchanging robots can rearrange the procedure down for the end-client. In the crypto space, the instability of something like Bitcoin can undoubtedly deliver open doors forever changing benefit to be made, however there is a sure degree of hazard too. In our evaluation of the Prime Advantage, we found it to be a real exchanging instrument. While genuine that the guarantee of procuring 30k a day is all around misrepresented, this doesn't remove the way that we have an all around created bit of exchanging unit here. The item may oversell a little on advertising, yet it unquestionably compensates for that in the highlights and usefulness that it manages it's clients. Along these lines, we feel sure to suggest The Prime Advantage as a certified stage. Our Experience with The Prime Advantage? To test it out, we started the joining procedure and was promptly given a video that clarified the mechanics of the stage just as some client tributes. To initiate a record requires a base store of $250, which we would encourage adhering to until you are increasingly acquainted with the elements of venture exchanging. We felt supported by the tributes, particularly after our own testing period appeared to confirm what had been bore witness to. We likewise test that it is so natural to quit exchanging on a stage as a piece of our audit procedure. So hesitantly, following two or three days of effective exchanging, we pulled back our benefits and reached client assistance with a solicitation to close our record. This was managed with no trouble and we found the entire experience proficient or more all else, beneficial. Auto exchanging robots can be a valuable apparatus to utilize, and we felt extremely consoled that the specialist who reached us after enlistment discussed the inborn danger of venture exchanging. We feel that it is significant for any stage to make these realities understood, particularly to tenderfoots. End The Prime Advantage gives a stage that can be utilized as a total auto-exchanging answer for learners and furthermore a path for prepared speculators to mechanize a few parts of their exchanging procedures. The promoting division have positively oversold on the guarantee of 30k every day, except this is as yet a strong robot that has been based on a decent, working calculation. Acquiring 30k every day is absolutely conceivable with this product, however it would expect you to roll the benefits you have earned go into your exchanging record to up the stakes. The Prime Advantage will give you as much open door for gaining through auto-exchanging as driving robot items, for example, Bitcoin Code, Cryptosoft and The News Spy. https://www.primeadvantageapp.com/
Mitch McConnell's Brother-in-Law One of the Masterminds of Trump-Russia
Jim Breyer, Mitch McConnell's brother-in-law, Facilitates Russia’s Takeover of Facebook through Yuri Milner In 2005 Jim Breyer, a partner at Accel Partners, invested $1 million of his own money into Facebook and gained a seat on the board (1). In Feb 2009 Jim Breyer visited Russia with a number of other Silicone Valley investors. While there, Yuri Milner, a Russian tech entrepreneur who founded DST with close ties to the Kremlin, hosted a dinner to cap the entire event (2). As one Moscow source put it:
DST has the backing of the big boys at the top in the Kremlin, which is why it will go from strength to strength (5)
Milner found out Breyer liked Impressionist art and took him to Russian’s Hermitage Museum to view Matisse paintings otherwise closed off to the public. Three months later Yuri Milner’s DST invested into Facebook at a bloated value. (2)
Mr Milner dismissed suggestions that at a valuation of $10bn he overpaid for his stake in Facebook, especially given that the social networking site has yet to prove it has turned to profit. (3) it’s seen as a desperate and rather vulgar deal on the one hand—Milner buying a small stake in Facebook, valuing the entire company at $10 billion—and, on the other, Facebook debasing itself by taking Russian money. Russian money! In fact, it seems rather like a desperate deal for both parties (in the midst of the banking crisis, Facebook has only two other bidders for this round—and none from the top VC tier) (4)
By the end of 2009, DST would own 10% of Facebook. Later revealed by the Paradise Papers, DST’s investments into Facebook were financed by the Russian government through state-owned Gazprom. That’s right, in 2009 Russia owned 10% of Facebook. (6) Soon after, the two continued to work together on other investments. Breyer introduced Milner to Groupon, and Milner helped Breyer’s Accel invest into Spotify (7). In 2010 an Accel representative joined a gaggle of Silicon Valley investors to Russia and signed a letter promising to invest into the country (8).
Jim Breyer and Rupert Murdoch Then in Nov 2010 Jim Breyer invested into Artsy.net, run by Rupert Murdoch’s then-wife, Wendi Deng, and Russia oligarch Roman Abramovich’s then-wife, Dasha Zhukova. Jared Kushner’s brother, Josh, also invested in the fledgling company (1). At the time Rupert Murdoch’s News Corporation had a joint venture with the Russian mob-linked oligarch Boris Berezovsky, called LogoVaz News Corporation, that invested in Russian media (4). It was Berezovsky’s protege close to Putin, Roman Abramovich, who tied Berezovsky to the mob.
According to the Mirror Online, Abramovich paid Berezovsky tens, and even hundreds, of millions every year for "krysha", or mafia protection. (5)
In June 2011, Rupert Murdoch ended his foray into social media by selling Myspace to Justin Timberlake (2) and elected Jim Breyer to the board of News Corp (3).
Jim Breyer invests in Wickr with Erik Prince In 2012 Breyer invested in a encrypted messenger app, Wickr. Other investors include Gilman Louie and Erik Prince. To understand the connection, we need to go back to 1987. Breyer, newly hired to Accel Partners, made his first investment with Louie’s video game company that owned the rights to the Soviet Union’s first video game export, Tetris (1). Louie went off to become the founding CEO of the CIA-backed In-Q-Tel which invested in Palantir. Palantir’s founder, Peter Thiel, sat on the board of Facebook with Breyer (2)(3). On the board of In-Q-Tel is Buzzy Krongard (7), the man who helped Erik Prince’s Blackwater receive their first CIA contract, who also joined the board of Blackwater in 2007 (6). Around that same time, 2012-2013, Prince met Vincent Tchenguiz, founder of Cambridge Analytica's parent company, SCL (8), and was introduced to Cyrus Behbehani of Glencore, one of the purchasers of Rosneft stock detailed in the Steele Dossier (9). Cyrus Behbehani sat on the board of RusAl with Christophe Charlier, who is also Chairman of the board at Renaissance Capital (10), an early investor of DST (11).
Jim Breyer and Yuri Milner invest in Prismatic That same year, 2012, Jim Breyer invested in Prismatic, a news aggregate app, with Yuri Milner.
Prismatic’s technology works by crawling Facebook, Twitter and the web (“anything with a URL”) to find news stories. It then uses machine learning to categorize them by Topic and Publication. Prismatic users follow these Topics and Publications, as well as Individuals and the algorithm then uses these preferences and user-activity signals to present a relevant Newsfeed. (1)
Sounds like the beginning of what could be a propaganda dissemination tool. That goes in-line with Yuri Milner’s vision of Social Media. Milner’s theory:
“Zuckerberg’s Law”: Every 12 to 18 months the amount of information being shared between people on the web doubles... Over time people will bypass more general websites such as Google in favor of sites built atop social networks where they can rely on friends’ opinions to figure out where to get the best fall handbag, how to change a smoke detector, or whether to vacation in Istanbul or Rome. “You will pick your network, and the network will filter everything for you,” Milner explained. (2)
So how does Milner intend to utilize the data gathered through social media? Let’s see what Milner did to Russia’s top social media site, VK:
In January 2014, Durov sold his 12 percent stake to Ivan Tavrin, the CEO of major Russian mobile operator Megafon, whose second-largest shareholder is Alisher Usmanov, one of Russia’s most powerful oligarchs, a man who has long been lobbying to take over VK. Then, in April 2014, Durov stated he had sold his stake in the company and became a citizen of St Kitts and Nevis back in February after "coming under increasing pressure" from the Russian Federal Security Service to hand over personal details of users who were members of a VK group dedicated to the Euromaidan protest movement in Ukraine. (3)
The Euromaidan protest ousted the Russian-backed president of Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych, whom Paul Manafort had worked to install. (4)
Facebook talks US Elections with Russia In Oct 2012 Zuckerberg traveled to Moscow and met Dmitry Medvedev where they had a very interesting conversation:
Mr. Zuckerberg and Mr. Medvedev talked about Facebook’s role in politics, though only jokingly in reference to its importance in the American presidential campaign, according to Mr. Medvedev’s press office. (1)
While there he also visited Victor Vekselberg's Skolkovo, who’s currently under investigation by Mueller for donations to Trump (2).
As Obama’s effort to reboot diplomatic relations [with Russia] sputtered, federal officials began raising alarms about the Skolkovo Foundation’s ties to Putin. “The foundation may be a means for the Russian government to access our nation’s sensitive or classified research, development facilities and dual-use technologies” (3)
And took time to teach Russian's how to hack Facebook friend data, the same hack used by Cambridge Analytica, Donald Trump’s campaign data firm.
In a 2012 video, Facebook's Simon Cross shows the Moscow crowd how they can "get a ton of other information" on Facebook users and their friends. "We now have an access token, so now let's make the same request again and see what happens," Cross explains (YouTube). "We've got a little bit more data, but now we can start doing really interesting stuff. We can get my friends. We can get some more information about one of my friends. Here's Connor, who you'll meet later. Say 'hello,' Connor. He's waving. And we can also get a ton of other information as well." (4)
Facebook later hired the individual who hacked Facebook and sold the data to Cambridge Analytica (5). A month after that visit, Putin propaganda mouth-piece Konstantin Rykov, claims he began helping with Trump’s presidential aspirations (6). Days later, Trump registered “Make America Great Again” (7). The following year, Russia's Troll Factory, the Internet Research Agency, was created as was Cambridge Analytica.
Andrei Shleifer and Len Blavatnik Len Blavatnik, a US-Russian oligarch currently under investigation by Mueller, graduated from Harvard in 1989 and quickly formed Renova-Invest with Viktor Vekselberg, another oligarch under Mueller’s investigation (7)(8). Since then Blavatnik has maintained close ties to the university. In 1992, after the fall of the Soviet Union, Andrei Shleifer led a consortium of Harvard professors to assist Russia’s vice-president, Antaoly Chubais, with the privatization of Russia’s state-run assets. Scandal broke when it was revealed Shleifer, through Blavatnik’s company and with Blavatnik’s guidance, invested in the very companies he worked to privatize. (6) Years later, Shleifer continued to fund loans to Blavatnik for Russian ventures through his hedge fund, managed by his wife, Nancy Zimmerman (9), and created the Russian Recovery Fund which bought $230 million of Russian debt from Julian Robertson’s Tiger Management (10), who’s seed fun, Tiger Global, later invested in Milner’s DST. Len Blavatnik and Viktor Vekselberg are major investors in Rusal (11). Schleifer is still a professor at Harvard.
Breyer and Harvard On April 2013, two months after Breyer was elected to the board of Harvard (1), Len Blavatnik, donated $50 million to the school (2) and joined the Board of Dean’s Advisors (3)(4) and Harvard’s Global Advisory Council (6) alongside Breyer. The next month Breyer announced plans to step down from the board of Facebook with an intention of focusing on his latest Harvard appointment (5). In 2016 Len Blavatnik donated over $7 million to GOP candidates, including $2.5 million to Mitch McConnell himself (7).
Breyer invests in Russian Companies In 2014 Breyer’s Accel Partners invested in Russian hotel booking site, Ostrovok, along with Yuri Milner, Esther Dyson (1), Mark Pincus, and Peter Thiel (2). Accel Partners also invested in Avito.ru in 2012 (3) and KupiVIP.ru in 2011 (4).
Jim Breyer, Blackstone Group, and Saudi Arabia In 2011 Schwarzman was named to the board of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (2), headed by Kirill Dimitriev. In June 2016, during Trump’s presidential campaign, Jim Breyer met with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin-Salman, or MBS (8). The next month Breyer joined the board of Blackstone Group (1) alongside Stephen Schwarzman and Jacob Rothschild (3). In the past Blackstone Group had loaned Kushner Companies a combined $400 million over multiple projects (7). In the 2018 election cycle, Schwzarman donated $5 million to the pro-McConnell superPAC, Senate Majority PAC (13). Jacob’s brother, Nat, is business partners with both Oleg Deripaska (4), Rupert Murdoch, and Dick Cheney (5). Nat is also a major investor in Glencore, one of the purchasers of Rosneft stock detailed in the Steele Dossier (6), and RusAl. In January 2017, Breyer’s business partner at Wickr, Erik Prince, was introduced to Dimitriev by MBS’s emissary, George Nader, and the Crown Prince of the UAE (10). On October 22, 2018, three weeks after the murder of Jamal Khashoggi, when most American investors were spooked away from Saudi Arabia, Jim Breyer showed up at an MBS-hosted Saudi business summit alongside Kirill Dimitriev of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (9). That same day, MBS pledged $20 billion for Blackstone Group's new infrastructure fund (11) to fund Elaine Chao's $1.5 trillion infrastructure plan (12). Elaine Chao, Mitch McConnells wife and Jim Breyer's sister-in-law, is Trump's Secretary of Transportation.

“Chainlink is a fully decentralized oracle network which links smart contracts written into a blockchain with data from outside their network. Chainlink allows smart contracts to securely connect to external data sources, APIs, and payment systems, enabling the smart contracts to communicate with and gather data from sources outside the blockchain.” https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chainlink Don’t ask me what any of that means, as I’m still trying to fully understand these concepts which are new to me. However, what I do know, is that Chainlink is being hyped up to be the next Bitcoin and it has some very mysterious origins. And if you haven’t noticed, Chainlink’s logos are a hexagon and a cube. Now that you have a bit of background information on these symbols (see my last post), you can appreciate the oddities surrounding this company a little more. They also recently acquired Cornell’s Town Crier project, who’s logo is uncannily similar to the astrological symbol for Saturn. https://thumbor-forbes-com.cdn.ampproject.org/ii/w1200/s/thumbor.forbes.com/thumbo711x245/https://blogs-images.forbes.com/darrynpollock/files/2018/11/chainlink-1200x415.jpg?width=960 https://www.myastrology.net/images/saturn_180x180.jpg I say the origins of Chainlink are mysterious because what was supposed to be a small startup, was given accolades by the World Economic Forum, not to mention they are already working with the infamous SWIFT system. SWIFT, or the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication, is a vast messaging network used by banks all over the world. It does not actually transfer funds, instead it is used to send and receive information such as money transfer instructions. To me this sounds like the foundations of a one world economic system. But even more strange, is the fact that one of Chainlink’s advisors, Ari Juels, seems to belong to the cult of Demeter. https://www.arijuels.com/whats-the-banner-about/ Demeter was the goddess of the harvest, agriculture, fertility and sacred law. Saturn was the god of these same things. Saturn was also known as the god with a thousand names and was both male and female, so it is possible that Demeter was a personification of the ringed planet. However, this doesn’t make much of a difference. It’s still weird. Those involved in the cult of Demeter and the Eleusinian Mysteries believed they would be rewarded in the afterlife. There is not much known about them, except that the mythological rebirth of Persephone was very important to them and they celebrated the eternal life force that moved through one generation to the next. They tried their best to keep all of their rites, ceremonies, and beliefs a secret. Ari Juels also wrote a novel, Tetrakyts. This is the description of it given on Amazon: “International computer security expert Ari Juels brings his extraordinary talents to fiction in a literary thriller that spans the centuries. Cryptographer and classicist Ambrose Jerusalem is a UC Berkeley graduate student with a beautiful girlfriend and a comfortable future, until the National Security Agency recruits him to track a strange pattern of computer break-ins. Individually, they might not mean much a State Department official discovers a peculiar series of incriminating appointments in her computer calendar dating back to 18th century France; a corrupt president of the International Monetary Fund is startled by an oracular voice from his computer charging him with crimes against divine numerology and God but together, they provide disturbing evidence that someone has broken RSA encryption, the security lynchpin protecting the world’s computer systems. Even more bizarre, a secret cult of latter-day followers of Pythagoras, the great Greek mathematician and philosopher who believed reality could be understood only through a mystical system of numbers, appears to be behind the attacks. With his deep knowledge of both cryptography and classical antiquity, Ambrose is the government’s best chance to uncover the cult. Soon Ambrose discovers he is not only the hunter but the hunted, and the game is not simply code-breaking, but a deadly plan to alter the fate of the world.” The way they describe the voice coming from the computer is interesting to me. They describe it as ‘oracular’. Chainlink also describes itself this way. They call themselves an ‘oracle network’. An oracle is a priest or priestess who acts as a medium for prophecy to be spoken through. The gods often sought these people out during the days of antiquity. Does Ari see himself as a prophet of the new age? Does he see himself as one of the Pythagorean cultists playing God? Or does he see himself as someone simply caught in the middle unraveling some mystery? The name of his book is a play on the word tetractys. The tetractys, or tetrad, is: “a triangular figure consisting of ten points arranged in four rows: one, two, three, and four points in each row, which is the geometrical representation of the fourth triangular number. As a mystical symbol, it was very important to the secret worship of Pythagoreanism. There were four seasons, and the number was also associated with planetary motions and music.” https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tetractys Pythagoras, like those in the cult of Demeter, believed in reincarnation. However, he also believed between each cycle was a period of 216 years, which is the number six cubed (or 6³). This is still a work in progress. I will write more as I gather more information. I just truly believe there is something to this whole Chainlink thing and I want to figure it out. Any new information or insight would be greatly appreciated (-:
Re: @RGrottola, DNVGL. Keynote from Shanghai Blockchain International Week
Save us the trouble of translating: posting here since it’s too long for the daily thread. From Chainnews.com. Re: @RGrottola, DNVGL ”Norwegian Centennial Enterprise DNV GL Senior Vice President: The real potential of the blockchain is to promote the transition from a linear economy to a circular economy Chain Express Coupon Logo Logo Chain Express · September 18, 2019 13:12 On September 17, 2019, "2019 Shanghai Blockchain International Week" officially kicked off in Shanghai. This event was hosted by Wanxiang Blockchain Lab to "Blockchain New Economy: New Decade, New Starting Point" As the theme, focus on the industry's ten-year changes and look forward to a new future. The real potential of blockchain technology for society is to promote the shift of the linear economy to the circular economy. Renato Grottola, senior vice president of DNV GL, shared the practical case of the blockchain reshaping the trust industry. Image (50).jpg The following is the full text of Mr. Renato Grottola's speech. First of all, I would like to thank the Wanxiang Blockchain Lab for inviting me to participate in the blockchain global summit. This is my second time in Shanghai to participate in the blockchain conference. I would like to share with you the work done by DNV GL on the blockchain. For us, the blockchain is a disruptive technology. First of all, I will first introduce our current work and future plans. At present, the blockchain has become an important part of our business. Let me introduce myself first. I am the global head of DNV GL digital transformation. My company is not a startup company, an established company founded 155 years ago, a Norwegian company. We are a non-profit foundation, the industry is a third-party credibility industry, and the blockchain is very similar, because the blockchain is a trusted machine. The company has multiple businesses that provide customers with a variety of services to build trust, such as verification, certification, and other businesses, ensuring that there is sufficient trust in the transactions between the customer and the supplier so that the transaction can be successfully executed. When we started to get in touch with the potential technology of the blockchain, a few years ago, we started to study the blockchain in 2015. When we read the relevant articles in the blockchain, we saw that the blockchain would kill all the intermediaries. At that time, I thought we were going to be unemployed, and the industry was going to disappear, so I began to try to analyze this technology and try to understand How to protect yourself. It quickly became clear that for DNV GL and other companies, this technology will give us many opportunities to create new business value for us. Why? First of all, let me introduce that trust is actually the origin or cornerstone of any type of transaction. In fact, trust is not only important when transferring value between customers and suppliers, but also the execution of any transaction is inseparable from trust. In normal business life, the cost of trust is implicit in the price of products and services, and we have defaulted to the cost of such a trust. Trust has a cost, so there are many services, many business models, and if you have trust, you can be proud of it. But be aware that the cost of trust now is too expensive compared to the price of a single transaction. The third point I want to talk about is the impact of digitization on trust, which changes the nature of the transaction and therefore the type of trust required to execute the transaction. Give everyone an example, think about the transaction between the machine and the machine or no one. In this kind of transaction, a large number of IoT technologies will bring us 3 trillion transactions per day. The transaction amount per transaction is very small, but the frequency of transactions is very high. There is no cheaper form of trust. Making this type of transaction feasible is economical. So in this respect the blockchain can really influence or reshape our future. Why? First of all, as a developer, everyone knows about the blockchain far more than me. The blockchain actually transforms the process of trust creation. It has replaced some elements of trust, making the process of trust creation more transparent. , security and decentralization. More dependent on calculations. So far, companies like DNV GL have been acting as intermediaries to provide buyers and sellers with the necessary trust to execute transactions. So the question we are facing now is that we still have the need in the future? Is it necessary to have a technology like blockchain? In society, do we still have status? Does the blockchain solve all the trust problems in any transaction? The answer is, to some extent, to see why. Because in the digital world, if we talk about value transfer or the transfer of value of a pure asset, there is really no need for intermediation. The blockchain itself can provide all the necessary elements to enable the successful execution of digital asset transactions. In this case, the blockchain is a necessary element of trust, and the trust mechanism provided by the third party is no longer needed to promote The value of digital assets has shifted. But in the real world, when digital transactions involve physical objects, such as products, services, processes, and even people, blockchains are not enough. Because we still need to ensure that the information we use to make decisions, which actually represents the real thing or the service itself. This information is consistent with the facts. This is actually a blockchain that cannot be implemented, so the blockchain is still an essential element of our trust mechanism. If the transaction involves physical objects, the blockchain itself is not enough. When it comes to physical objects, processes, and non-native digital assets, the blockchain technology itself is not enough. This is why we will study this technology in depth. Working with the unique chain of VeChain, I hope to deploy a new concept. Two years ago we had released a new concept, digital certification, which integrates the blockchain with other activities. Other activities are human-based or digital-based, providing all the necessary elements to ensure physical assets or The transaction of the process is new. Regardless of the relationship between the customer and the supplier, and any stakeholder is trustworthy, including public government departments and so on. As I delve into, at the beginning of this journey, we realized that we must be very cautious when it comes to new business models and new services, because this work is very difficult. So the first implementation we made, this project is our project with Deloitte and the only chain VeChain, which is very important for us. When we perform any confidence-building activities, our ultimate goal is to send a statement, perhaps a certificate of the management system or any other statement. The first thing we did was to turn this statement into a digital asset. So at present our certification declaration is a token, which can be shared and traded between the parties, and is basically an untouchable token. This product is in compliance with regulatory requirements. This statement is on the smart contract. Anyone can verify its authenticity and reliability. If there is a problem with the certificate, we will immediately withdraw the certification statement, so there is no risk of fraud. The solution was released at the end of 2017 and is now fully developed and is driven by the blockchain. The first project started this year, and we have provided this platform to our customers so that our customers can create and share their own compliance statements. In the near future, it is very important for large-scale promotion. In the near future, digital assets will be placed in digital wallets. We will provide digitally certified wallets to 900,000 customers. We will provide this service at the end of January 2020. We will continue to cooperate with Weigel and Deloitte. of. Yesterday, Mr. Lu said that there are 470,000 active users in the Bitcoin community. By January 2021, we will have 900,000 active users to use this digital wallet. There are digital assets in the wallet, and there are some features that can enter the blockchain. Among the supported ecosystems. When it comes to the relationship between the blockchain and the supply chain, we often focus on the benefits that the blockchain will bring to the supply chain, for example, it will increase the efficiency of supply activities. For example, if we can trace the traces of the product, such a tracking solution actually proves the value of the blockchain for the supply chain. We are convinced that the true value of promoting blockchain technology far exceeds its value in the traditional blockchain. The real potential of blockchain technology is its ability to create a community and create an ecosystem. This kind of organizational entity can empower new business models, such as shared and circular economy business models, and we are convinced that the future of the blockchain is closely related to any business model based on shared and circular economy. So the benefits of blockchain or the benefits of tokenization are actually very large. I want to give you a few examples, some of the work we do. Back in the traditional supply chain, we have launched a solution since January 2019, which is available to food and beverage customers. You will see this solution, which basically combines the tracking and tracking of the blockchain characteristics with some business considerations. These business considerations are very important for the company. In the beginning, I talked about trust. In fact, there has been a shift in trust in society. In particular, after 00 and 90, more and more rely on the product itself, rather than relying on the brand. So this program combines our classic verification activities with blockchain to provide real stories to any consumer. It combines the benefits of the blockchain, which is to trust this aspect and all product-related information, to provide it to consumers. If the consumer comes into contact with the product, they can see all the information about the product. This product was launched in Italy and involved three wine manufacturers. One of them is Italy's largest wine producer. Everyone knows that Italy is the world's largest wine producer. The potential market is 2.7 billion bottles a year. This is only in Italy, so this program has been mass-produced and is based on Chain VeChain's blockchain technology is done. Norwegian Centennial Enterprise DNV GL Senior Vice President: The real potential of the blockchain is to promote the transition from a linear economy to a circular economy I will spend a few more minutes talking about the future. I just said that the future of the blockchain is closely related to the model of circular economy. Where is our future? We are convinced that our future is to create an ecosystem that uses blockchains while at the same time stimulating good behavior and leveraging the principles of any circular economy. Minimize negative externalities, such as carbon dioxide emissions. Or another example, there are activities that may increase the share of recyclable products. By using tokenization, we can reach the right platform at the right time by ensuring any type of incentive mechanism. We believe this is a huge opportunity for the blockchain to enable the blockchain to be large-scale. Landing. Recently in July, we signed an agreement with a small European country, and we worked with the country to create an ecosystem. All citizens will participate in this ecosystem. There are 35,000 people in this small country, and every citizen has their own wallet. If the public has good behavior, they will be motivated, that is, if the citizens use shared travel instead of driving by themselves, they will be rewarded. If they act to reduce carbon dioxide emissions, save energy or save water, they can get rewards. This reward will be placed in the smart contract and will be verified by us, and the citizen will be able to enter the early ecosystem to get established. This token will be accepted by the government as a tax incentive, and citizens can use this reward to shop in the store. This is a very good opportunity for us to try out how this technology can create value for us in a small country. At the same time, we are able to ensure compliance with all existing regulatory requirements. At the end of the speech, share with us the lessons we have learned. First, the era of proof of concept is over, so the company has no time to announce projects that are only in the proof of concept phase. Everyone is thinking about this solution, is there a chance to land on a large scale, so the blockchain is not a tool for proof of concept. We need to use the blockchain to really make an impact, rather than using it as an eye-catching propaganda tool. Second, not all blockchains are suitable for us, so it is most important to choose the right blockchain partner to support our business development. Because value is not actually in the technology itself, this value is the perfect integration of technology and business processes, so we must apply the blockchain technology from a business perspective. Based on this, we have cooperated with the unique chain VeChain. Third, the enemy of the massive blockchain landing is not a regulation, but a lack of supervision. If there is no supervision, it will slow down the pace of promoting blockchain technology. If there is no regulation, most companies do not have enough courage to adopt the blockchain, so this is something the government should pay attention to. There is also an enemy in the blockchain. In the community itself, the argument of one coiners and alt coiners (supporting the coin) is actually a debate between Bitcoin and its world, which is a huge obstacle to the large-scale landing of this technology. I think the blockchain community should be consistent and promoted together to promote the large-scale landing of blockchain technology, not just financial technology or transfer payments, so that more companies can truly understand the value of blockchain. . Finally, the real potential of blockchain technology for society is to promote the shift of the linear economy to a circular economy.”
Hey guys! So, I attended the Amsterdam Meetup and it was awesome. Here's some of the insights and gems I gathered for those who couldn't attend:
Kevin right away tackled THE QUESTION from most of us: will Authority Nodes be revealed? The answer is that they plan to reveal most of them, but it's unclear if all will be made public due to several factors, mostly: A) Privacy issues B) Security concerns of those enterprises/individuals holding them C) Legal aspects. No timeframe, but I talked with Kevin privately after the event and he told me in October they have the quarterly Steering Committee meeting, and they have a proposal to talk about this "issue" and propose a strategy/plan to reveal more information. But he said for sure most of the nodes will be publicly known in due time.
I also asked him (privately again, as we run out of time at the Q&A) if all 101 Auth Nodes have been selected, or if the Foundation is keeping some. He said "Honestly, we hold some but it's not because we couldn't select the 101 - it's because we need to hold a small amount of them for future big partners who will bring a lot to the ecosystem. Imagine BMW now wants to be an Auth Node, and we already have 101. Do we kick one out to make room for BMW? Better we hold a small percentage (didn't want to tell me exact number, but said small) of them to be allocated to future partners".
About this last point, during his presentation he stressed the benefits of their system, PoA, vs PoW (Bitcoin, Ethereum) or Dpos (EOS). PoA doesn't need so much resources (and thus doesn't harm the environment) like PoW, and is also much better than Dpos because there the Nodes are only there for their economical benefit. Nodes in Eos want to publicize themselves, want to be voted because they'll make money out of it. That's it. He said their Authority Nodes of course will benefit too, but are selected because they bring value to the ecosystem and want to use the blockchain and their solutions. Only those who can contribute and are not only there for the money can be selected, and that's a huge difference. Plus, in EOS to reach consensus they vote and that's based on how many tokens are being held, which can create multiple forks and problems. Not in VET as the Nodes are bound with a smart contract to what the Committee votes and decides to move forward the blockchain with upgrades.
One of the highlights (at least, to my eyes) was CREAM "revealing" themselves, and I must say I was really impressed. I've read a lot of FUD here but guys, he's THE MAN. We are so lucky to have him partnered with VeChain and with their ICOs. He talked about his background, which was impressive (worked at top US banks like Merril Lynch; then Starwood Capital Fund, then some other Chinese funds and now owns one of them, with some crazy % return, I think he said 1% a day??) and then discovered crypto and started investing in projects. He said when he found VeChain he was amazed and started chasing Sunny for a meeting, until he got one and started advising them, using his extensive experience. Now they work closely together, on a daily basis he said, and they help VeChain on their strategy, communication, etc. He is deeply involved with many of the strategic ICOs of VeChain and under his guidance and advising for example SHA rebranded to be a more larger project/scope; or MustangChain expanded now also to not only focus on horses but a much larger scope targeting also farm animals and more. His truly passionate about the VeChain ecosystem, and he's extremely bullish. He said CREAM's objective is to put each VeChain ICO on the top 100 cryptos by market cap. And, by EOY, they are launching their own ICO which aims to empower the community and reward users who bring partnerships and connections to the ecosystem. He talked a lot about how important the community is, and that is one of the keys of our success as many partnerships and connections come from us. So he'll be providing a solution to reward those efforts. More info about it and about CREAM will be released soon.
Oxford University re-confirmed for those FUDers out there.. they put their logo on the slides of partners, so I guess that's it. They also said 2 other US universities partnered with them for the VeResearch already and will be revealed soon.
Jerome is also really cool, I'd say he's a born seller. He teased us sooo much about partnerships, hinting at Chanel ("a top French luxury brand starting with C and ending with L..."); about Volvo ("a top auto manufacturer from Sweden...; and one from Italy") and said he wishes he could say much more but so many NDAs in place.
Jackson also hinted that VeChain might be selected for a central bank to release their national currency on their platform... if that's true... I guess it's Bahamas.. and OMG... This is my guess so take it with a grain of salt, but I think he implied it's quite a done deal. He said it's the "biggest country-level partnership of the history of crypto".... He also said another big country-level partnership will be released soon (as we know from Sunny as well). When asked at the Q&A about these, he said that VeChain already works with some cities/regions of China, and those are as big (if not more) than entire countries... so defo VeChain has enough expertise and the know-how to provide a solution at a small country level.
They said there's so much going on behind the scenes we can't even imagine. That interest from big companies increased a lot since around May/June, and that now it's not "Hey, I'm interested in blockchain but I don't know exactly how.." now it's like "I have this many products/I need this many txs, give me a quote / proposal" and that the speed is ramping up.
Again they stated activity on the mainnet will gradually grow soon, before the EOY we'll see more usage but they said to please understand big companies don't move at crypto speed, and that they are working towards a big plan which is the B2B2C effect - they work B2B with big companies, who in turn will bring mass usage for consumers. But this takes time. Kevin mentioned privately that in a recent meeting with DNV GL and some big company interested, the folks at DNV GL told the company they need to move 10x faster than what they are used to if they want to do business with VeChain lol
Kevin also joked during his presentation about the "rumors" that VeChain is buying chips/tech from another crypto project... lol so for those idiots believing it, defo not true.
BMW invited VeChain and only 2 other startups to a big internal conference next month, where they will present the solution that VeChain has done for them (which is completed already). It seems that partnership is bigger than we thought, and the Twitter fud around that was retarded.
The way VeChain is onboarding some of these giants is brilliant. They said they can handle everything for them: hosting the servers, building the dapp, holding the tokens, etc. Everything. Then, gradually, they start giving back to the company piece by piece - first the servers (they connect with their IT team and help them set it up); then they teach them how to hold the tokens securely, how to manage them, etc; and then they can give them the source code of the mobile dapp they developed for example, so that their software engineers can take it from there and push new updates and features they need. They compared this to, let's say Ethereum, who just builds the tech and hopes companies will start using it just because it's decentralized and it's great tech... yeah sure, not gonna happen.
If I remember anything else I'll edit and add, feel free to add those who attended if I missed any big things :)

In this directory site, we're taking a look at a few of the absolute best business VPN provider on the Internet like ExpressVPN, CyberGhost, IPVanish, Hotspot Shield, Private Internet Access and others. Instead of taking a look at the large range of free suppliers, which often have a lot of limits (and dubious loyalties), we are looking at those suppliers who charge a couple of dollars a month, however put your interests first, instead of those of shadowy marketers and sponsors. We've looked at more than 20 elements including variety of server locations, client software, devoted and vibrant IP, bandwidth caps, security, logging, client support and rate. Let's take a look at each of our suppliers below in a little bit more depth. ExpressVPN Number of IP addresses: 30,000 Number of servers: 3,000+. Number of server locations: 160. Variety of synchronised connections: 5. Country/Jurisdiction: British Virgin Islands. 94+ countries. 3 months Free with 1-year strategy. ExpressVPN likewise uses a 30-day money-back guarantee, and has outstanding procedure assistance. While few will utilize PPTP (unless there specify requirements), the extra support of SSTP and L2TP/IPSec might be welcome to some users. We like the quality of their setup guides, and the in-depth details in their Frequently Asked Question. The ExpressVPN got points from us for their support of Bitcoin as a payment technique, and their trustworthy and easy-to-use connection kill switch feature. The company has actually stayed in business because 2009, and has a significant network of fast VPN servers spread throughout 94 nations. Their finest plan is priced at simply $6.67 monthly for an annual plan that includes 3 months complimentary. ExpressVPN's dedication to privacy is a standout feature. SEE ALL EXPRESSVPN PLANS. NordVPN. Number of IP addresses: 5,000. Variety of servers: 5000+ servers. Variety of server locations: 61. Country/Jurisdiction: Panama. 60+ nations. $ 2.99/ month (75% discount rate) for a 3-year plan. NordVPN in-depth review and hands-on screening. NordVPN is among our top-performing VPN companies. They even use a generous simultaneous connection count, with six synchronised connections through their network, where almost everyone else deals five or less. NordVPN's network isn't as big as some of their competitors, so if you're attempting to obfuscate your tracks, you might want a company with more servers. Otherwise, this business is plainly offering a winning offering. Their finest plan is 1-year membership strategy: $6.99 ($ 83.88). While their month-to-month price of $11.95 is at the high-end of the spectrum, their annual price of $83.88 is lower than a lot of our competitors. And yes, they also have a full 30-day refund policy. NordVPN likewise provides a dedicated IP choice, for those looking for a different level of VPN connection. They do provide $2.99/ month (75% discount rate) for a 3-year strategy. SEE ALL NORDVPN PREPARES. cg-22-1. CyberGhost VPN. Number of IP addresses: 2,800. Number of servers: over 3,700 worldwide. Variety of server locations: 115. 24/7 support action. $ 2.75/ month (79% discount) for a 3-year plan. CyberGhost thorough evaluation and hands-on screening. CyberGhost has actually been around because 2011 and has come out strongly as an advocate of "civil rights, a complimentary society, and an uncensored Internet culture." We truly liked how the company specifically showcases, on their Website, how folks usually prevented from accessing such essential services as Facebook and YouTube can bring those services into their lives by means of a VPN. The company has strong Linux assistance, supports VPN through routers, and has a solution for the popular Kodi media player. They mark off all the boxes on procedure support and get congratulations for offering a connection kill switch function, in addition to supporting P2P and BitTorrent in most nations. Still, the few extra dollars deserve it. We liked how the business offers custom-made app security, IPV5 support and DNS, IP, and WebRTC leakage prevention. CyberGhost also picked up points for preserving privacy by not logging connection information. SEE ALL CYBERGHOST VPN PREPARES. ipvanish-300x250usjc. IPVanish VPN. Variety of IP addresses: 40,000+. Variety of servers: 900. Number of server locations: 60. Country/Jurisdiction: United States. $ 4.87/ month (60% discount) for a 1-year strategy. A big win for IPVanish is the reality that the business keeps no logs. Absolutely no. We also like the business's stance towards privacy. They even supply support to EFF, the Electronic Frontier Foundation, a not-for-profit at the front lines of securing online personal privacy. An unique feature of IPVanish, and one we're extremely interested by, is the VPN's assistance of Kodi, the open-source media streaming app that was as soon as referred to as XBMC. Any severe media fan has used or constructed Kodi or XBMC into a media player, and the integrated IPVanish Kodi plugin provides access to media worldwide. At $7.50/ month and $58.49 for a year, they're undoubtedly attempting to move you towards their annual program. We awarded the business congratulations for Bitcoin support, and their money-back guarantee. We're a little disappointed that they just allow a 7-day trial, instead of a full 30-days. The company is generous, with five simultaneous connections. We also liked their connection eliminate switch feature, a must for anyone serious about staying confidential while browsing. SEE ALL IPVANISH VPN PREPARES. purelogo. PureVPN. Variety of IP addresses: 300,000. Variety of servers: 2000. Variety of server locations: 180. Country/Jurisdiction: Hong Kong. $ 3.33/ month (70% discount rate) for a 1-year plan. PureVPN does not log connection details. We like that they provide a 30-day refund policy. They got perk points because, essential for a few of our readers, PureVPN supports bitcoin payments and you're going like their fast performance. Also, you can grow with them. If after a long time, you require to scale up to business-level plans, the business has offerings for development. Prices is middle-of-the-road, at $10.95 each month and $35,88 annually. Finally, we like that PureVPN has both Kodi and a Chromebook solution called out right on their Web page. In addition, PureVPN earns the distinction of being the very first VPN service we've seen to totally implement the GDPR. SEE ALL PUREVPN PLANS. strongvpn-logo-1. StrongVPN. Variety of IP addresses: 59,500. Variety of servers: 689. Variety of server places: 70. $ 5.83/ month (42% discount rate) for a 1-year strategy. StrongVPN blasts onto our favorites list with outstanding facilities and good price efficiency. As with our other favorites, StrongVPN has a strong no-logging policy. Since VPN is all about securing your personal privacy, that's a place the savvy VPN service providers can get points. Strong likewise picks up congratulations for its large base of IP addresses, which also helps protect your anonymity. They have a strong collection of servers and around the world locations. For those of you who need a devoted IP, you can get one from the company, however you'll require to contact support to get assist setting it up. Among StrongVPN's greatest strengths is the company's network. They own and operate their entire network infrastructure, which implies they have no externally-dictated limitations on bandwidth or the type of traffic enabled on the network. This gives you the self-confidence that you'll have the ability to power through your work. StrongVPN's monthly price of $10 is in the middle of the pack, however their yearly cost of $69.99 is amongst the most affordable of our contenders. SEE ALL STRONGVPN PLANS. symantec-logo-100268876-large. Norton Secure VPN. Number of countries: 29. Variety of servers: 1500. Variety of server areas: 200. Country/Jurisdiction: US. $ 39.99 for the first 12 months. Symantec, long understood for quality in security items, has a fairly minimal offering in its VPN item. It does not support P2P or BitTorrent, it does not have a kill switch feature, and it does not support Linux, routers or set leading boxes. On the other hand, it's a VPN product from Symantec, a publicly-traded business with a clearly recorded management team. In many software application classifications, this might not be a notable advantage, but in the VPN world, where most companies have shadowy management and impossible-to-track-down ownership structures, it's revitalizing to understand exactly who we're handling and understand through independent sources (the company's annual filing, the SEC, and analyst reports) that the company is reliable and liable. SEE ALL NORTON SECURE VPN PLANS. hotspot. Hotspot Guard. Variety of IP addresses: 50,000. Number of servers: 2500. Number of server places: 26. $ 2.99/ month (77% discount rate) for a 3-year strategy. HotSpot Shield is an item that has actually had some ups and downs in regards to our editorial protection. Back in 2016, they picked up some really favorable protection based upon founder David Gorodyansky remarks about protecting user personal privacy. Then, in 2017, a personal privacy group implicated the company of spying on user traffic, an accusation the company flatly denies. Lastly, just this year, ZDNet uncovered a flaw in the company's software that exposed users. Thankfully, that was repaired right away. So what are we to make from HotSpot Guard? Frankly, the debate caused us to drop them from our directory for a while. However they approached us, made a strong case for their ongoing dedication to privacy, and we chose to give them another chance. Here's the good news. They use one of the very best money-back warranty we have actually seen for VPN services, a complete 45-days. They support Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android, along with plugins for Chrome and Firefox. They also support routers and media players (but not Linux). And, as a reward, they have a connection kill switch feature. The business does not support P2P or BitTorrent-- and they also don't support the OpenVPN. Every other supplier does, but HotSpot Shield limits its protocol assistance to L2TP/IPSec and something they call Hydra, an enhancement of the transport protocol. Overall, the company did impress us with their attention to personal privacy. They have actually a released personal privacy canary. They likewise informed us, "We have actually integrated in malware, phishing and spam security. Our dedication to our users is that Hotspot Guard will never ever keep, log, or share your real IP address.". SEE ALL HOTSPOT GUARD PLANS. hidemyass300x250usjc. Conceal My Ass. Number of IP addresses: 3,106. Number of servers: 830. Variety of server locations: 280. Country/Jurisdiction: UK. $ 2.99/ month for 3-year strategy. We have to provide these folks an extra shout-out just for the name of their service. The company has a strong network with an excellent selection of protocols supported. While they have a comprehensive (and really plainly written set of policy documents), the company clearly permits P2P and gushes. We like how HMA provides assistance on a wide variety of devices consisting of video game consoles. We gave them kudos for bitcoin support, and their outstanding money-back guarantee. They did make us frown a bit since they do log connection data. They also use five synchronised connections. While their monthly pricing of $11.52 is at the high end of the spectrum, their yearly rates is competitive at $78.66 for a full year. SEE ALL CONCEAL MY ASS PLANS. gf-logo-300x250-wht-720. VyprVPN Solutions. Variety of IP addresses: 200,000+. Variety of servers: 700+. Variety of server locations: 70+. Country/Jurisdiction: Switzerland. 30-Day Cash Back Guarantee. $ 2.99/ month for 3-year strategy. VyprVPN has the largest bank of IP addresses of any of the services we have actually taken a look at. The business provides a wide range of procedures, including its own high-performance Chameleon connection procedure. We like that the company provides a connection kill switch feature and, for those who require it, there's a choice to get a dedicated IP address. VyprVPN is a standout in their effort to offer privacy, and ward off censorship. When China began its program of deep package VPN assessment, Golden Frog's VyperVPN service added scrambled OpenVPN packets to keep the traffic streaming. At $9.95 for a month's service, and $80.04 for a year, the service is a good deal. SEE ALL VYPRVPN PREPARES. private-internet-access-ad-300x250. Personal Web Access. Variety of IP addresses: N/A. Variety of servers: 3,252. Number of server places: 37. Country/Jurisdiction: United States. Mentioning rate, if you desire a strong VPN service provider and you want the lowest yearly rate anywhere, Private Web Access is the location to go. At $6.95 a month, their regular monthly charge is the second least expensive of our choices, however at $39.95 per year, Private Internet Access beats even the second most affordable annual price by a complete Jackson (a $20 expense). The company does not launch details on the variety of IP addresses offered, but at 3,252, their server count is more than any of our other choices. These folks have been around given that 2010, and do not log anything. They supply a generous five connections, a connection kill switch feature, and some excellent online documentation and security assistance. Our one dissatisfaction is that their refund policy is 7-days rather of 30, however you can definitely get a feel for their exceptional efficiency in the area of a week. SEE ALL PERSONAL INTERNET ACCESS PREPARES. torguard-300x250. TorGuard. Variety of IP addresses: N/A. Number of servers: 1,600. Variety of server places: 50. Country/Jurisdiction: United States. Despite the fact that the business doesn't launch the number of IP addresses it supports, TorGuard didn't disappoint. In addition to standard VPN services, TorGuard uses a wide array of additional services, depending upon your personal privacy requires. Just like our other favorites, TorGuard keeps no logs whatsoever. They have a full suite of protocol support, so no matter how you want to connect, you can have your choice. We likewise like the active blog site the company keeps. It's relevant and intriguing to anybody with Web security concerns. While TorGuard only offers a 7-day return policy, it's enough time for you to be able to decide if you're pleased. The monthly rate of $9.99 is practically at the middle of the range, but the yearly fee of $59.99 is a deal compared to practically all our other competitors. SEE ALL TORGUARD PLANS. buffered-logo-300-250-1-1. Buffered VPN. Variety of IP addresses: 11,000. Number of servers: 800. Variety of server locations: 46. Country/Jurisdiction: Gibraltar. Buffered VPN doesn't disclose much about the size of its network, however the 30-day refund ensure suggests that you can take their service for a test drive and really get a feel for how well it carries out for you. The business distressed us due to the fact that they do keep some connection information. They cheered us up, though, due to their client support, limitless bandwidth, and generous number of simultaneous sessions permitted. The company is reasonably new, established in 2013. It's based in Europe, so those who choose an EU-based business might choose Buffered. We like how Buffered has made a strong dedication to Web liberty, and an equally strong dedication to supplying quality customer support. At $12.99 monthly and $99.00 for a year of service, they do not provide the least costly plan, but we do suggest providing a shot. SEE ALL BUFFERED VPN PLANS. goose. Goose VPN. Variety of IP addresses: 8. Variety of servers: 8. Number of server locations: 39. I needed to know why Goose VPN was so named. My very first order of business was to connect to the company's co-founder and ask. Geese, I was told, make exceptional guard animals. There are records of guard geese providing the alarm in ancient Rome when the Gauls assaulted. Geese have been utilized to secure an US Air Defense Command base in Germany and a brewery in Scotland. It's clear that the goose is an ideal mascot for a service that's suggested to guard your digital communications. And so, we have Goose VPN. Goose VPN has a number of standout features. Initially, you can have a limitless variety of synchronised connections (or gadgets) using the VPN at once. Second, if your bandwidth requirements are 50 GB or less per month, you can register for $2.99/ month, the most inexpensive monthly rate we have actually seen. If you desire unlimited bandwidth, the company definitely is pushing you towards purchasing a year at a time. Their regular monthly cost for unrestricted bandwidth is a middle-of-the-road $12.99/ month, but if you invest $59.88 for a year's service, you'll find it's the second least expensive by-the-year price of the services we have actually examined. Goose supplies all the typical clients, including iOS, Android, Mac, and Windows, and adds assistance for routers, Android TELEVISION, and Linux. They are dealing with a kill switch function, which may even be up and running by the time you read this evaluation. The company also provides 24/7 ticket-based support. Ducks quack, geese honk, and swans whoop (we know, because we looked it up). Overall, particularly provided the limitless connections and low yearly rate, we believe Goose VPN is something to beep about. SEE ALL GOOSEVPN PLANS. surfshark-logo. Surfshark. Variety of servers: 800+. Variety of server locations: 50. Country/Jurisdiction: British Virgin Islands. While Surfshark's network is smaller than some, they make it up on functions. Let's start off with the greatest win they provide: endless device assistance. If you want to run your whole home or office on Surfshark's VPN, you don't have to worry about the number of gadgets you have on or linked. They also use anti-malware, advertisement stopping and tracker blocking as part of their software application. The company has a solid variety of app support, running on Mac, Windows, iOS, Android, FireTV, and through routers. We particularly like the feature that permits you to whitelist certain apps and websites to instantly bypass the VPN. For some service usage, this can be seriously crucial. Surfshark also offers three special modes developed for those who wish to get around limitations and more thoroughly hide their online footsteps. Camouflage Mode masks your VPN activity so your ISP does not know you're utilizing a VPN. MultiHop dives your connection through multiple nations to hide your trail. Lastly, NoBorders Mode "allows [you] to successfully use Surfshark in restrictive areas." Just be careful. Doing any of these three things might be illegal in your nation and could lead to really extreme penalties. For a year plan, Surfshark can be found in very close to much of the other full-featured VPN suppliers, at $71.88 for the first year. Take care, because it looks like that will jump to $143.40 after your very first year is up. Month-by-month plans are $11.95. Their finest deal is $1.99 a month, for their 24 month strategy (you pay $47.76 up front). Absolutely benefit from their generous 30-day trial to choose if you like this service (and possibly set a reminder in 23 months to see if you can talk them into a continued discount rate). Sadly, both of these costs bump up after the first year. VPN security leaps to $59.99 and the package jumps to $119.98. While we praise the combination of VPN and anti-viruses in one package, Webroot has had a troubled few years. In 2017, it wrongly flagged Windows' system files as malicious. In 2018, a kernel exploit was found in the business's Mac anti-virus client. In 2019, the company was acquired by backup company Carbonite. If you're only safeguarding a couple of gadgets and wish to conserve loan, Webroot's VPN might be for you. That $39.99 rate is for as much as three devices. If you wish to protect 5 devices, you'll require to pay $59.99 for a year and $79.99 after that. Honestly, as soon as you get in that price variety, there are products with more abilities readily available. Webroot's VPN is also light on protocols. While they do link utilizing IKEv2 by default, they likewise provide L2TP and the very old and very insecure PPTP protocol (although they do warn that it's not "as" protect. Another concern for those of you who need deep security is that the business does log both which VPN server location you link to and the nation you connect from. So who is Webroot's VPN for? If all you wish to do is protect your Wi-Fi connection while browsing in your local cafe or at a hotel, you only require to connect a couple of devices, and you wish to save money, this is a convenient alternative. However if you require a major VPN with deep capabilities, you'll want to look elsewhere in this directory. Likewise, we didn't discover any reference to a money back warranty, so check with their pre-sales and support prior to purchasing. SEE ALL WEBROOT WIFI SECURITY PLANS. VPN FAQ Since we're living in a connected world, security and privacy are critical to ensure our personal safety from nefarious hacks. From online banking to communicating with coworkers on a daily basis, we're now frequently transferring data on our computers and smartphones. It's extremely important to find ways of securing our digital life and for this reason, VPNs have become increasingly common. What Is a VPN? A virtual private network (VPN) is a technology that allows you to create a secure connection over a less-secure network between your computer and the internet. It protects your privacy by allowing you to anonymously appear to be anywhere you choose. A VPN is beneficial because it guarantees an appropriate level of security and privacy to the connected systems. This is extremely useful when the existing network infrastructure alone cannot support it. For example, when your computer is connected to a VPN, the computer acts as if it's also on the same network as the VPN. All of your online traffic is transferred over a secure connection to the VPN. The computer will then behave as if it's on that network, allowing you to securely gain access to local network resources. Regardless of your location, you'll be given permission to use the internet as if you were present at the VPN's location. This can be extremely beneficial for individuals using a public Wi-Fi. Therefore, when you browse the internet while on a VPN, your computer will contact the website through an encrypted VPN service connection. The VPN will then forward the request for you and forward the response from the website back through a secure connection. VPNs are really easy to use, and they're considered to be highly effective tools. They can be used to do a wide range of things. The most popular types of VPNs are remote-access VPNs and site-to-site VPNs. What is a remote-access VPN? A remote-access VPN uses public infrastructure like the internet to provide remote users secure access to their network. This is particularly important for organizations and their corporate networks. It's crucial when employees connect to a public hotspot and use the internet for sending work-related emails. A VPN client, on the user's computer or mobile device connects to a VPN gateway on the company's network. This gateway will typically require the device to authenticate its identity. It will then create a network link back to the device that allows it to reach internal network resources such as file servers, printers and intranets, as if it were on the same local network. It usually relies on either Internet Protocol Security (IPsec) or Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to secure the connection. However, SSL VPNs can also be used to supply secure access to a single application, rather than an entire internal network. Some VPNs also provide Layer 2 access to the target network; these will require a tunneling protocol like PPTP (Point-to-Point Tunneling Protocol) or L2TP (Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol) running across the base IPsec connection. What is a site-to-site VPN? This is when the VPN uses a gateway device to connect to the entire network in one location to a network in another location. The majority of site-to-site VPNs that connect over the internet use IPsec. Rather than using the public internet, it is also normal to use career multiprotocol label switching (MPLS) clouds as the main transport for site-to-site VPNs. VPNs are often defined between specific computers, and in most cases, they are servers in separate data centers. However, new hybrid-access situations have now transformed the VPN gateway in the cloud, typically with a secure link from the cloud service provider into the internal network. What is a mobile VPN? A traditional VPN can affect the user experience when applied to wireless devices. It's best to use a mobile VPN to avoid slower speeds and data loss. A mobile VPN offers you a high level of security for the challenges of wireless communication. It can provide mobile devices with secure access to network resources and software applications on their wireless networks. It's good to use when you're facing coverage gaps, inter-network roaming, bandwidth issues, or limited battery life, memory or processing power. Mobile VPNs are designed and optimized to ensure a seamless user experience when devices are switching networks or moving out of coverage. It generally has a smaller memory footprint, and because of that, it also requires less processing power than a traditional VPN. Therefore, it enables your applications to run faster while the battery pack is able to last longer. A Mobile VPN is a worthwhile tool to have since it increases privacy, user satisfaction and productivity, while also reducing unforeseen support issues caused by wireless connectivity problems. The increasing usage of mobile devices and wireless connectivity make it more important to ensure that your data is being transferred through a secure network. It will allow you to access the internet, while staying safe behind a firewall that protects your privileged information. Who needs a VPN? Individuals that access the internet from a computer, tablet or smartphone will benefit from using a VPN. A VPN service will always boost your security by encrypting and anonymizing all of your online activity. Therefore, both private and business users can benefit from using a VPN. Communications that happen between the VPN server and your device are encrypted, so a hacker or website spying on you wouldn't know which web pages you access. They also won't be able to see private information like passwords, usernames and bank or shopping details and so on. Anyone that wants to protect their privacy and security online should use a VPN. How to choose a VPN Service? There's a vast range of VPN servers on the internet. Some are free, but the best ones require a monthly subscription. Before you decide to download a VPN, make sure you consider these factors for understanding a VPN: Cost - VPNs aren't too pricey, but they vary from vendor to vendor. If your main concern is price, then go with something inexpensive, or free - like Spotflux Premium VPN or AnchorFree HotSpot Shield Elite. By all means, try a free server but they do have a few drawbacks since they attract a lot of users. Free servers are often slower, and since most are ad-supported, they place adverts on the online pages you access. Others can even limit the speed of your connection, as well as your online time or amount of data transferred. It's also important to note that leading VPN providers such as NordVPN and Privacy Internet Access offer stronger security features to ensure you're digitally safe. When selecting a paid VPN service, always be sure to check which countries it operates servers in. Reliability - Select a VPN that is reliable and read the reviews to make sure that it's capable of protecting you by providing you with sufficient online privacy. High security - An effective VPN will have the following security features: 128-bit encryption, anonymous DNS servers and an absence of connection logs. Are there any bandwidth limits? This can often be linked to price; paying more will generally provide more bandwidth with faster internet access. Are apps for Android, iOS phones and tablets available? Apps for Android and iOS devices are also vulnerable, so make sure your VPN server can support them. To ensure privacy, you want to make sure you have a VPN that doesn't store online logs. Some servers provide virus and spyware protection, and features like that can significantly increase your online safety. Using a no-logs VPN service will provide you with a higher degree of security. It can protect you from blanket government surveillance and prevent your internet service provider from knowing your online activity. Using a VPN for Netflix and other forbidden treasures Online streaming services like Netflix and Hulu have been making it difficult for foreign users to access their content in other countries. Many people can get around region restrictions by using a VPN service to route your traffic through another country. It can be quite simple to watch Netflix and other restricted goodies. You'll have to use a VPN service that allows you to get a unique IP address. This can often be available for an additional fee. Look for VPN services that offer a "dedicated IP address", "dedicated IP", or "static IP." Additional features like these will always allow you to access content from Netflix through a VPN service. This is by far the easiest way to access your forbidden apps since there's no specific way to block VPN traffic. A lot of people started using a VPN to evade geo-restrictions. But despite its forbidden benefits to users outside the US, a VPN is a great tool that can protect you and enhance your online experience over the internet by providing you with sufficient security and privacy. When it comes to selecting the best VPN, you have plenty of choices. There are many cost-effective VPN options, and all of them will vary in monthly offerings. Choosing the best VPN is easier once you narrow down the competition. The best indication of a good VPN service provider is that they have the right security and the right support in place for you.
